At SKYRB, we aim to provide our customers with a safe, secure and convenient payment experience.

1. Payment Methods

SKYRB may provide the following payment options depending on availability:

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

The payment options available for a particular order will be displayed at checkout.

2. Online Payments

Online payments on SKYRB are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway/service providers.

SKYRB does not store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or other sensitive payment credentials on its website.

Customers should enter payment details only on the secure payment page provided during checkout.

3. Payment Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully placed after the order has been successfully submitted and, where online payment is selected, payment has been successfully processed and SKYRB receives the relevant transaction/order confirmation.

Customers may receive an order confirmation through the email address or mobile number provided during checkout.

4. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment fails or remains pending, please check your bank/payment provider before attempting another payment.

If your bank account or payment method has been debited but your order has not been confirmed, please contact SKYRB with your order number and transaction details.

Where a payment is confirmed as failed after reconciliation, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment source, subject to the payment gateway and bank’s processing procedures.

5. Incorrect or Duplicate Payment

If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us with the relevant order and transaction details.

We will review the transaction and take appropriate action.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and delivery locations.

COD availability may depend on order value, product availability, delivery location and other applicable conditions.

7. Payment Security

SKYRB uses secure payment-processing services provided by authorised third-party payment service providers.

SKYRB representatives will never ask customers to share their OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, Card PIN, Internet banking password or payment password.

Customers should never share such information with anyone.
