This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which you can return or exchange products purchased from our website or app.

2. Return Eligibility

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Note:
Products such as innerwear, masks, accessories, or sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share your Order ID, Product Name, and a photo/video of the item showing the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank, UPI, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.
  • If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after you provide valid details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • You can exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges are free for the first request; additional exchanges may incur shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on teamskyrb@gmail.com.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. You may request a return after delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and socks
  • Accessories (caps, belts, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
